Action Against Hunger
The project focuses on lifesaving interventions to address the immediate effects of the Beirut Blast. Recommendations stemming from needs assessments and stakeholders’ guidance include the provision of Emergency Cash Assistance (ECA) to most vulnerable affected households to allow immediate access to basic needs and to prevent further asset depletion leading to destitution. This will also support the reactivation of the economy in the affected area of Beirut facilitating the restoration of income activities.
