Respond comprehensively to the protection risks that vulnerable populations face in the East and South of Libya. The proposed action will focus on identifying and addressing the needs of vulnerable communities namely, IDP, Returnee and host communities. The geographic scope of intervention for the proposed action will largely focus on the East (with Benghazi, Ejdabiya and Derna being the focus) and in the South (with a focus on Sebha, Ghat and Ubari).
