Early Recovery The earthquakes in southern Türkiye in February 2023 killed at least 50,700 people and destroyed more than 313,000 buildings. The region’s education infrastructure suffered heavy damage during the earthquakes. The Project, “Croatia rebuilds inclusive schools project (CRISP)” will address both challenges simultaneously – first, the need to repair and rebuild damaged and destroyed educational infrastructure across the earthquake zone; and, second, the imperative of ensuring that children with disabilities enjoy an inclusive and quality education, on an equal footing with all other schoolchildren. | 1,500,000 | Paid Contribution | Incoming |
