The first aim of this Project is to be ready to go on the IHP (International Humanitarian Partnership)missions in the International crisis situations. In the case of crisis situations IHP gathers an Internationalteam, which responds with the means that are needed. Estonia is ready to offer ICT experts with equipmentor a camp technician to the bigger camp camp.The second aim is to provide resources for IHP chairman for visiting IHP member states and partners. The Estonian Disaster Relief Team Medical unit joined the North Estonia Medical Centre in 2015. Estonian Refugee Council
Estonian Refugee Council’s (ERC) humanitarian aid capacity building project concentrates on two objectives. First, in the framework of the project, ERC’s capacity to effectively assess/evaluate and demonstrate the impact of its humanitarian action. In order to achieve this objective, ERC team members are trained in monitoring and evaluation techniques as well as impact assessment methods, and impact evaluation framework (with common indicators) is put together for use in livelihoods programming. Second, ERC’s capacity to communicate its activities as well as impact is increased in the framework of this project.
