Plan International
|
Plan International Lebanon has been granted a 6-months response, reaching 1088 families, to support children and families in the affected communities with their basic and life-saving needs to support their recovery after the blast. The response is based on the rapid needs assessments as well as coordination with other relevant actors on the ground. The lack of access to water and basic hygiene products as well as direct requests from beneficiaries resulted in a focus on WASH.Plan International Lebanon's response will focus on in-kind distribution of hygiene kits including items and supplies needed to support families to maintain their health and basic hygiene as well as to protect families from the continuous spread of COVID-19. In addition to the health kits key messages and awareness information will be provided to families on COVID-19 prevention hygiene behaviours. |
